Newark Airport Terminal C
Newark Airport Terminal C is the United Airlines terminal of Newark Airport, which only hosts flights of this carrier.
Some flights of United or United Express are operated from Terminal A and Terminal B as well.
Levels
Newark Airport Terminal C consists of four levels as you can see below:
First level
Arrivals and baggage claiming area.
Arrivals level plus baggage claim area. Other services available: information, taxi and bus counters, as well as a bus stop outside the terminal.
Second level
Check-in area.
International Ticketing and Economy class, Premier Access and Business First check-in, and other global services. There are several basic services available in that level too.
Mezzanine level
Find in this level some Airlines Club plus US immigration counter and currency exchange services.
Third level
Domestic Ticketing and check-in, among other special services. From this level, you can connect to C1, C2 and C3 gates, and to the AirTrain Station.
Gate level
Access to gates.
Hosts C1, C2 and C3 concourses gate areas. Several services available, including amenities such as food, drink and retail concessions.
Concourses
As well as the other two terminals, Terminal C is divided in three Concourses: C1, C2 and C3, as described below:
- Concourse C1: it has gates from C70 to C75, from C80 to C88 and from C90 to C99.
- Concourse C2: it has gates C101A, C102A, C103A-B, C104A-B, C106A, C107A-B, C108A-B, C109A, C110A-B, C111A, C112A-B, C113A-B, C114A-B and C115A-B.
- Concourse C3: from C120 to C128 and from C130 to C139. Terminal C has 68 gates, the numbered gates end with gate C139.
Walking times from security check:
To gates 70 to 74: 1 to 3 minutes.
To gates 75 to 123: 4 to 7 minutes.
To gates 125 to 139: 7 to 10 minutes.
Transfer between terminals
The AirTrain, a free automated mover, let passengers transfer between the terminals.
Transferring times: Terminal C (7 minutes), Terminal B (2 minutes) and Terminal A (2 minutes). Opening hours: 24/7.
Alternatively, a shuttle service connects Terminal A with Terminal C. You can board it close to gate A28 at Terminal A and close to gate C71 at Terminal C.

United Airlines United Club (Gate C74): Terminal C. Open from 4:30am to 10:30pm. Services: Wi-Fi, newspapers, drinks, snacks, among others.
